Dear Fellow Entrepreneur,

1. Strategy
With our private coaching, we guarantee you'll get ripped.
The first way we make sure you'll get ripped is to customize your diet to the smallest details so that it perfectly fits you, your genes, your preferences, your lifestyle and your unique goals.
Here's how:
Most people choose a random mass diet, and then try to force themselves into that diet's rules.
For example, if you choose ketogenic diet, you gotta live without carbs.
If you choose fasting, you gotta resist constantly being hungry.
If you chose any of the low-fat diets, you gotta survive on tasteless foods and your hormones going down the drain ( = feeling like shit).
We don't do that.
We understand that every entrepreneur is different.
For example, you may have been eating 5 meals a day for the last 30 years. Trying to "force" you to do fasting and not eat most of the day is just plain dumb, unnecessary, and doomed to fail.
Or you may really like some chips, or pizza, or cookies, or a beer every now and then. Trying to "force" you to do keto diet and permanently give up on all those is a losing battle.
On the other hand, you may have dabbled with fasting and found that skipping breakfast works better for you and your schedule. Great, then we keep that and tweak your food choices.
Because of this, there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to making sure the diet will actually work.
That's why we tailor-make every meal plan to get you the exact outcome you want.
The final piece of the puzzle is to track everything so you know exactly how much body fat you're losing, and how quickly.
That way, you know it's working and you know exactly how many pounds of fat you can expect to lose in what period of time.

2. Flexibility
Some 20+ years ago, research studies found what I consider THE greatest, most important discovery in the history of weight loss science.
It showed that if you take two diets where total calories and protein are matched, with different fats vs carbs ratio in them, that there was NO difference in weight loss, nor any of the health parameters.
The ONLY thing that matters for weight loss is that you are in an actual caloric deficit. Once you are, you will lose the same amount of weight whether you are on a high-carb or a high-fat diet.
This gives us enormous freedom and amazing flexibility to customize the diet to perfectly fit YOU and what YOU like, NOT whatever some fad diet of the week says you should do.

Here are just a few studies proving this concept.
The original one compared low-carb vs low-fat = Identical Weight Loss.
(fun note:low carb group reported more food cravings, low fat group more farts :)
This study compared weight loss and health effects of high vs low fat, high vs low carb, and high vs low protein. All resulted in THE SAME weight loss:
Another one, fully ketogenic vs same calories but high carbs = SAME results:
You get the idea. As long as you are in a calorie deficit and have enough protein, the ratio of carbs vs fats does not matter. Weight loss and health improvements will be identical.
We use this to customize your diet so that it includes ALL the foods you love and enjoy, so you are not restricted and there is NO food that you can't eat.
So next time when a keto zealot, some other low-carb or low-fat zealot tells you "carbs are bad for you" or "fats are bad for you" - just laugh it off cuz you know better.
Sorry zealots, science is smarter.
3. Never Hungry
The No.1 reported reason for extreme rates of diet failure is unsustainability.
Within that, it's HUNGER.
People simply can't and don't want to suffer through weeks and weeks of being hungry, or starving (I don't blame them, I hate hunger!)
Guess what?
You don't have to.
Indeed, you can lose all the weight you want and get ripped, without ever being hungry, much less starving.
This is a promise!
Ok, so how do we do that?
By using good ole science, of course.
We take advantage of a well researched concept of SATIETY.
There are several factors that play a role here, but to be respectful of your time, I'll share my top, favorite one.
Satiety hack: Food Volume
See, your stomach has these receptors that respond to pressure, so a more voluminous food makes you more full REGARDLESS of how many calories it has.
This allows us to set up a non-restrictive diet (meaning ALL foods are allowed) while still dropping lots of weight week after week.
Here's one of the studies showing just that. Notice the study was non-restrictive and subjects ate ad-libitum (which means as much as they wanted).
After 16 weeks, subjects on a satiating diet lost DOUBLE the amount of weight, and the diet dropout rates decreased by almost 600%.

Bottom line - you'll NEVER be hungry during your transformation, nor after it.
As a matter of fact, most of our clients report they have trouble eating all the food in their meal plans. At least a few times a week I'll get a message from a client saying: "damn it Amir, I can't eat this much!"

So much for being hungry.
